You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt/ invoice or proof of purchase.
If you’re returning something, please drop us an email at [email protected] stating
- your order date
- your order number
- your product quantity, code and description
- your reason for returning
and we will get back to you on how to proceed with the return.
All exchanges will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all exchanges which will need to be in the unused condition with original packaging. In the unlikely event that an exchange item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
